Located in a quiet, elegant, and green area of Bologna, you will find Casa Retrò, a 1940s apartment that has recently been renovated in 2021 while maintaining its original style. The interior design, a combination of modernity and antique pieces, gives the house a pleasant vintage atmosphere. Guests will have access to two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, as we are a B&B. The property is only a 10-minute walk from the entrance of Via Albertoni at the Sant'Orsola-Malpighi Polyclinic and the Margherita Gardens, and only a 10-minute drive from the Bologna Trade Fair. The area is well-served, and the city center is easily accessible by bus, with a stop just a few steps away, or even on foot in about 20 minutes. Nearby, you will find a variety of shops, from pharmacies to local supermarkets, where you can find everything you need to meet your needs during your trip. In this particular moment, we kindly ask our guests to be mindful of water and energy conservation. The heating is centralized and complies with current regulations, maintaining a temperature between 19 and 21°C. The room temperature is remotely controlled.
